This is the informational website of Lynn Lupini, Ph.D., Licensed Psychologist (“the practice”), at https://lynnlupini.com. This policy explains how the website handles visitor information. It does not govern the confidential clinical relationship between Dr. Lupini and her clients, which is addressed separately (see “Health information” below).
Information this website collects
This is a static, informational website. It has no accounts, no comment sections, and no forms that submit information through the site. Browsing these pages does not require you to provide any personal information, and the website itself does not gather or store personal data about you.

Like virtually all websites, the company that hosts this site may automatically record standard technical information in server logs — such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested — in order to operate and secure the website. This website links to services operated by others, including the online scheduling portal (TherapyAppointment) and maps and directions (Google Maps), along with standard telephone and email links. If you call or email using the contact details on this site, your message goes directly to the practice, not through this website. Please do not include sensitive personal or health information in an unencrypted email.
Health information
This website is not a place to share personal health information, and it is not a patient portal or a medical record. The handling of your health information as a client, and your rights regarding it, are described in the practice’s Notice of Privacy Practices, which is provided directly to clients.
