Fees and Insurance
Payment for each session is due at the time of service. We accept HSA/FSA, credit card, Zelle, cash and check.
If you prefer, we offer the service of submitting claims to your insurance company for reimbursement of your payment. You provide us with your insurance information, we electronically submit the claim, and you receive a reimbursement check from your insurance company in about 2 to 4 weeks.
The amount of reimbursement depends upon your insurance policy and its in-network and out-of-network benefits.
Dr. Lupini participates with BCBS. Any other insurance company would be considered out-of-network. We can help you determine your in-network or out-of-network expenses. Our office will make every attempt to make therapy affordable. Please discuss your financial situation or stressors during the initial conversation so that we can determine a workable fee.
